What if my order is damaged during transit?

 [A] : All orders are sent out with suitable packing that will endure reasonable handling during transit. However, if you find your order has been damaged, this is what you should do:-

1) Report the damage at your Pos Office within 48 hours - You will need your delivery note and the damaged package with you at the time of lodging the report. Please obtain a report number from POS Malaysia for your reference.

2) Take a picture of the damaged package and send this picture together with the POS report number to  informing us of the damage.

We will then advise what the best way to replace the damaged article.


What if my product is defective in any way ?

 [A] : Any defective product will be replaced.  If your product is defective, please send us a photograph and an explanation of this defect to :-
